Deputy director for scientific affairs at Modern Art Research Institute of the National Academy of Arts of Ukraine; Associate Professor at the Kyiv National P.I. Tchaikovsky Music Academy; Member of the National Union of Composers of Ukraine; Member of the Ukrainian section of the ISCM.
Was born in 1986 (Telavi, Georgia). Since 1994 live in Ukraine. Graduated to Odesa State Music Academy A. V. Nezhdanova with Prof. K. Tsepkolenko (2006) and postgraduate studies at Kyiv National P. I. Tchaikovsky Music Academy with Prof. Ye. Stankovych (2010). In 2015, defended PhD thesis on the topic “Conceptual synthesis in modern Ukrainian artistic culture (on the material of chamber music).”
Was granted by the Odesa Department of the All-Ukrainian Cultural Foundation (1995–1988);
Awarded a diploma of the Ambassador of Georgia to Ukraine for the promotion of Georgian art in Ukraine and the development of Ukrainian-Georgian relations (Kyiv, 2002);
Winner of the International Competition of Young Composers “Gradus ad Parnassum” (I-st prize, Kyiv, 2016);
Awarded Silver Medal from the National Academy of Arts of Ukraine for creative achievements (2021);
Received Acknowledgment from the Presidium of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine for prolific creative work, significant contributions to the development of national contemporary art history, cinematography, and architecture, and active support in the development of spiritual culture (2022).
In 2023–2024 years — VUIAS fellow in Open Society University Network/CEU Institute of Advanced Study (Budapest) with project “Posthumanist Tendencies in the Art of the XX-XXI Centuries”.
